He has many years of experience in Internet marketing that includes Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Internet strategy, website analytics and internet phone marketing programs and more. With Mark's foresite, iBid Estimating Service is developing numerous web base products and services that will revolutionize the industry.

Staci Stephens - Director of Sales & Marketing
Staci Stephens has over 15 years successful experience in Sales, Marketing and Advertising, and Management. Mrs. Stephens has a Master's in Business Administration from Tiffin University, Bachelors in Business from Malone College, and Associates degree in Accounting from Akron University.
During her career she has worked closely with the nations leading retailers such as; Target, Best Buy, National Record Mart, Musicland, Nike and many more in setting up their in-store large format graphic and display needs. Besides that, she has worked with many, fortune 500 clients in handling all
of their advertising needs, in magazine, print, television or e-commerce.
She presently serves as Director of Sales & Marketing and Co-Developer on many projects including web development, designing and implementing programs to help contractors understand and develop their business models. With her guidance, iBid now interfaces with clients to achieve better workflow efficiency, profit, and to use new technology to help our clients achieve their goals.
David Linke - Marketing Manager
David Linke has over 20 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Business Ownership and Management. Dave's experience comes from ownership of two successful executive recruitement firms in Northeast Ohio, as well as brand development and marketing of numerous portal and enterprise scale websites.
Jamie Henry - Estimating Manager
Jamie Henry has over 12 years experience in the HVAC industry. His experience includes sheet metal fabrication; hydronic systems that include ice melt applications, standard gas, electric and furnace. His experience also includes the design, installation, management, and budgeting of a project as well as staffing.
As a previous business owner and contractor he has worked with both union and non union shops and has been instrumental in the development of residential homes, major chain slot stores, shopping malls, restaurants, hospital sterilization rooms, industrial plants and many other projects. He is also familiar with the bidding process to include bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment bonds.
He presently serves as estimating manager. His responsibilities are keeping the projects on schedule and producing accurate estimates. This is accomplished by providing persistent training and insuring our estimating staff is up to date with new technology, national codes and industry standards.
Diane Bishop - Accounting Manager
Diane Bishop has over 15 years experience as a skilled Administrative professional. Her experience includes Accounting, Human Resources, Preparation of Federal, State and City Taxes, and Policy and Procedure Development.
During her career she has worked closely with customers, vendors and employees in the electrical construction field. She has experience in government contracts, certificate of compliance reporting, and bonding requirements for jobs and union reports.
She presently serves iBid as an accounting and human resource manager. Her responsibilities include working closely with iBid Customers from the start to the finish of each project, as well as the entire staff. She addresses all billing questions and resolves any billing issues to the satisfaction of our Clients.
